With years of experience, Lindsay has trained in acclaimed bar programs in Texas and New York, including Joann’s Fine Foods and Lambert’s Downtown BBQ in Texas, and most recently at Donna in New York City, as part of the opening team. Lindsay brings her bartending expertise to the program at Figure Eight, which utilizes lower-Atlantic inspirations for a creative portfolio of cocktails and spirits.
